Romania is - or it was - a conservative land, where people was still acting as they did 50 years ago. But now these customs are on the brink of extinction, new ways of life being imposed by agressive television, which destroyed - in most cities and many villages - traditional way of life. Transsilvania is relatively better preserved in this respect, partly because of former Austro-Hungarian education.
I am trying to keep in images that old good Romanian habits and the Romanian soul, now replaced by the globalization...
